Utopia Vineyard is unlike any other winery you’ve ever visited. First, you need to use the map and directions below to find us, because we’re off the beaten path. In fact, we’re located on a gravel stretch of Ribbon Ridge Road that some people mistakenly think is closed or under repair. Nope. It’s just an unpaved reminder of the way things used to be in Oregon Wine Country.
When you turn into Utopia, follow the road around to the back. In our small, gravel parking area, you’re likely to be greeted by our two English Springer Spaniels, William and Harry. Don’t worry, they’re very friendly. They like to personally welcome everyone who visits.
When you come into the tasting room you’ll most likely be served by Daniel Warnshuis, our owner/winemaker, another reminder of the way things used to be. No one knows more about Utopia Vineyard and our wines than Daniel, so feel free to ask him anything.
The Utopia Tasting Room is open almost every weekend, including major holidays year round and open Weds. through Sun. from May through Nov. from 11:00 AM until 6:00 PM. If you’re bringing a crowd of, say, eight or more, please give us a call ahead of time to be sure we can accommodate you. We hope to see you soon!
