Online Purchase Details

Age Disclaimer

You must be 21 years of age or older to order alcoholic beverages and verification of age will be required upon receipt of your wine. No wine will be delivered to visibly intoxicated persons or to any person who is unable to provide age verification. Associated costs related to attempting to verify age or for shipping wine back to Utopia because of inadequate age verification will be the responsibility of and charged to the customer.

Shipping

As a result of many state law restrictions, we ship only to states where direct shipping is permitted by law. These states include: AK, CA, CO, DC, GA, HI, ID, IL, IA, LA, MO, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, NY, OR, SC, TX, VA, WA, WV, WI, and WY. We can also ship to Minnesota for orders placed over the telephone at 503-298-7841.

If your state is not listed above, please contact us at dan@utopiawine.com or by phone. State laws are in a constant state of flux, therefore, there may be changes that are not reflected above.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and someone 21 years of age or older must sign for the shipment. We also do not presently ship outside of the United States.

All orders are subject to confirmation and quantities of our premium wines may be limited.

Shipping Rates & Recommendations

Purchase prices shown in the Online Store do not include shipping costs which may vary based upon your location and method of shipment. All orders will be confirmed by e-mail or phone within 24 hours, including the cost of shipping.

As a result of possible temperature extremes during shipping, we always recommend shipping using 2-day service. Overnight shipping is available at an additional cost.

Payment Methods

We accept valid VISA, MasterCard and American Express, credit cards and most VISA/MasterCard-branded debit/check cards. We are unable to accept personal checks or ship COD. Please note that we will need your billing address if the order is being shipped to a different location. Your card will be charged upon shipment of your purchase.

Privacy & Security

The personal information that you provide to us will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties in any form, for any purposes, at any time. We also will not disclose your sales or demographic history to third parties for any purpose at any time.

Protecting your order and customer information is a priority to us. We use the latest security and encryption technology to protect your credit card, debit card, and other information. All orders placed through our Online Store are made using secure server software (SSL) and technology. All personal information is encrypted so that it cannot be read by anyone else on the Internet. If you have difficulty using the secure order form or are using an older browser, you may need to update the secure portion of your browser.
