This is a side by side vertical tasting of two wines my 2017 and 2018 Estate Pinot Noir's (Note: these are the club wines for our Spring pickup/shipment in May)
We will also include one library wine in the tasting, 2010 Estate Pinot Noir to discuss the affects of proper cellaring and the ultimate ageability of the wines.
Tasting will be in the vineyard
I will do a sensory evaluation of the three wines
I will discuss the vintage differences between the growing seasons and how that affects the wines
We plan to make it interactive and will have questions submitted prior to the event and during the event. Questions are not limited to the wines in the tasting and can be about anything related to viticulture and or winemaking or even the effects of the virus on our business or other related wine business questions
