Utopia Vineyard Return Policy

If your wine has been damaged in shipment or if the wine is defective due to a fault in the wine, you may return it to the winery for a replacement within 30 days.

If returning in person bring the wine in its original container within 30 days of purchase. If returning by shipment please pack the wine in its original shipping container and return it to the winery at the return address.

If the original shipping container is unusable or unavailable, please contact the winery for return instructions. If the wine has been damaged in shipment or is defective due to a fault in the wine we will replace the wine and pay the shipping costs for the return shipment.

Returns are only eligible within 30 days of purchase.
