This will be a horizontal tasting of our 2017 vintage.

We will begin with our Estate Chardonnay and also be tasting our 2017 Estate Pinot Noir and Estate Reserve Pinot Noir “Paradise” and finally our Estate Reserve Pinot Noir “Clone 777”.

Tasting will be at the Utopia Log Cabin

We will do a sensory evaluation of the three wines

We will discuss the 2017 growing season and how that affected the wines

We will discuss an ideal food and wine pairing for each of the wines

We plan to make it interactive and will have questions submitted prior to the event and during the event

Questions are not limited to the wines in the tasting and can be about anything related to viticulture and or winemaking  or even the effects of the virus on our business or other related wine business questions
