This is a side by side vertical tasting of three Estate Reserve Pinot Noir “Paradise”. We will be tasting the 2015, 2016 and 2017 Estate Reserve Pinot Noir “Paradise”.

We will also include one library wine in the tasting, 2010 Estate Pinot Noir to discuss the affects of proper cellaring and the ultimate ageability of the wines.

Tasting will be at the Utopia Log Cabin

We will do a sensory evaluation of the three wines

We will discuss the vintage differences between the growing seasons and how that affects the wines

We will discuss an ideal food and wine pairing

We plan to make it interactive and will have questions submitted prior to the event and during the event

Questions are not limited to the wines in the tasting and can be about anything related to viticulture and or winemaking  or even the effects of the virus on our business or other related wine business questions
